2. When will my order arrive?

After your exclusively chic item is created, orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped through USPS standard service. Please allow 3-10 business days for your package to arrive. 

 

3. How can I track my order status?

Status updates about your order will be delivered to you automatically via email and/or text. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation number, as well as a tracking number to track your order after your item has shipped and an email confirmation once your order has been delivered. If for any reason you are not able to track your package, please contact us so that we may assist you.

 

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. As of now, we ship internationally only to Canada and the UK. You may review our shipping policy for more details on international orders.
